went through module guide for project to make sure that everyone
was clear about aims, objectives and deliverable deadlines.
Brainstorming
session about possible project ideas - There are three areas
that we could capture: Info2000, Kaleidoscope and Education
& Training. Group discussed various ideas bodywork's program,
famous monuments site, London theatre guide etc. Reached a mutual
decision that our project will be based on developing a Virtual
Theatre Guide.
Every
member also came with an idea for a company name. It was decided
that we would be called SNP Consultants, S for Shah, N for Nurmohamed
and P for Parmar.
The
group identified different roles and were assigned as follows:

- Project Manager (as previously discussed)
HN
- Financial Manager
RS
- Marketing Manager
SS
- Technical/Graphics Manager
The
rest of the session was spent on discussing the chosen idea
in detail. Group members shared their thoughts and ideas about
the Virtual Theatre Guide.
